At Sterling Hotel, we aim to provide a comfortable and transparent booking experience. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a reservation.

1. Booking Confirmation

• All reservations are confirmed only after full or partial payment is successfully processed.

• Guests will receive a confirmation email with booking details after payment.

2. Cancellation Policy

Standard Reservations

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in time.

• If cancelled within 48 hours of check-in, 1 night charge will be deducted.

• No-show guests will be charged 100% of the first night.

Non-Refundable Bookings (if applicable)

• Certain promotional or discounted rates may be marked as Non-Refundable.

• Such bookings are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

3. Refund Policy

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

• Refund will be issued through the original payment method used during booking.

• Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

4. Early Check-Out

• Guests checking out before the confirmed departure date may be charged for the remaining nights unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Date Modifications

• Date changes are subject to availability and price difference.

• Any increase in tariff must be paid at the time of modification.

6. Force Majeure

Sterling Hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies. In such cases, booking modifications or credit vouchers may be offered.

7. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

• Violation of hotel rules

• Damage to hotel property

• Fraudulent booking information
